On behalf of the National Kidney Foundation of Northeast New York, I would like to personally Thank you for your generous $240.00 in Support of the 2002 U.S. transplant games. Any person who has received a life saving organ transplant, including bone marrow is eligible to participate in the games. The U.S. Transplant Games is held to celebrate the new life a transplant means to an ill person. This celebration is also held to honor and remember donor families. We appreciate your contribution.

As you may know, more than 80 million Americans are at high risk of getting some form of chronic kidney or urological disease. Our Foundation is dedicated to the prevention, treatment and ultimate cure of these conditions. With the support of concerned people like you, our Northeast New York affiliate channels local resources into a variety of programs in a 24-county area to advance research and research training, provide for the continuing education of health care professionals, expand direct services to patients and the community, offer education to the general public, promote organ donor awareness, and shape health policies that affect our constituency.
